The pharmacy is just fine, I've never had an issue. The retail people are mostly fine, I have left irritated a couple of times as it is obvious they have not all been trained well.
The new system CVS uses for customers to access their personal information and pick up prescriptions is overly complicated and wastes time. While it might work well for younger, tech-savvy customers, it is not practical for the elderly, the infirm, or those who move more slowly. It also causes delays for other customers waiting in line to pick up their medications. The location on Beach Blvd and Warner Ave in Huntington Beach to be has the best customer service, there are always so pleasant and welcoming it’s always nice to go there.
