The new system CVS uses for customers to access their personal information and pick up prescriptions is overly complicated and wastes time. While it might work well for younger, tech-savvy customers, it is not practical for the elderly, the infirm, or those who move more slowly. It also causes delays for other customers waiting in line to pick up their medications. The location on Beach Blvd and Warner Ave in Huntington Beach to be has the best customer service, there are always so pleasant and welcoming it’s always nice to go there.

The staff and doctors here are amazing. They provide excellent service and treat customers very well. They are friendly, cheerful, and enthusiastic, always greeting you with a smile like you're a member of their family. They provide thorough and careful instructions on how to use medications, and patiently listen to customers' questions about new medications to avoid adverse reactions.
