This pharmacy used to not be so bad but in the past year or so TERRIBLE. They never have my Rx it always has to be ordered and when I call to make sure meds were called in it’s always a wait! Been waiting over 20min right now.....RIDICULOUS for a Monday at 1pm!!!!!
My doctor electronically sent in my prescription at around 4pm. Stopped at the CVS at 430pm and they said they hadn't received anything. Called my doctor's office back and this time they phoned in the prescription. Came back at 540pm and they said they still hadn't received anything. When I stated my doctor's office had been closed since 5 and they double checked their computer and said, "it just came in." Had to come a third time a half hour later.
I am disappointed because CVS does not honor Tricare Insurance. they informed me I could go to the veterans office and get a refund I am letting everybody on Facebook know because I am a veteran's daughter and I support our military. when veterans are at a certain age they don't have time or feel like traveling all over the place to make sure they get a refund especially for the service they have put in to protect our country.
It is very unprofessional to leave somebody on hold but to not even pick up and ask a person to please hold for over an hour at that is so rude. From one pharmacy to another I am disappointed in this customer service and I am sorry for your regular customers experience with dealing with things like this after over an hour I just hung up.
Store# 3851 Conway South Carolina. Special thanks to Miranda for helping us resolve an extra care coupon issue. She went above and beyond. Called corporate, making them aware of their error and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. Can't say enough about her service
The Management and All New Staff are Unorganized & Rude from the front of the store to the Pharmacy! Pharmacy in it's self holds your prescriptions hostage, Publically scold customers ( As if they have Higher Authority than your Doctor ). Any employee worth keeping that got rid of, and the Manager is obviously clueless. A pregnant pharmacist is an obvious attention grabber for a back up plan ... Wouldn't you think? This pharmacy is a joke. By far the worst CVS in horry county
The pharmacy staff is going downhill quickly. Horrible service, rude employees and they misplace prescriptions. After more than 8 years using this pharmacy I will not be back!
Great service everytime I go there. Greeted pleasantly at the door. Staff always asking if they can help locating anything.
