Customer service at the drop off counter is the worst. They are rude, never smile and take their sweet time. Never have the meds instock and they will not offer to see if another CVS near by has it instock and its always a 3 plus hours wait for fill. They never send a txt message when ready. I will take my business else where.
They lost my prescription. Didn’t offer to contact the doctor for me. It’s some how my fault they lost the prescription I handed to them. Terrible way to do business
Called to see if my daughter Rx was ready and was told my insurance was not active. WHAT! She was just there 5 days earlier and was able to use our insurance. Come to find out, the pharmacy tech put our new insurance in the system but did not save it causing her not to be able to pick up her medicine after getting out of the hospital. Oh wait then they gave her someone else's medication. HIPPA violation. Never fails takes over 1/2 hour to pick up a Rx. Staff is rude. Seems the staff doesn't know how to do their job.
