This CVS is the worst for customer service. The tech Sharon is one of the rudest, she evidently hates her job. She has zero tolerance for anyone with questions or concerns. I've witnessesed this first hand and watched her interactions with other customers. Ive moved my prescriptions elsewhere, bye Sharon.
I sure would hate to work at this place.. I have seen some good pharmacist leave their jobs at CVS for overwork & burnout over the years. Stopped to pick up rx that was to be ready a 11 this morning. She was refilling when i got there at six pm.. only to find out when I got home it was the wrong RX! JEES! not good. I think I am switching PHARMACIES.
I would give zero stars if I could. The pharmacist was beyond rude and extremely condescending. I was looking for a particular medication, but when I began to ask, she didn't even let me finish my question before cutting me off. She said "before you say another word, are you going to ask me where something is?" (Mind you, I'm looking for a specific medication, so a pharmacy related question) I didn't even get to respond yes, because the second I started she cut me off AGAIN and said "I work in the pharmacy.
