Being on hold for over 10 minutes before hearing an actual person on the other line to be told I should have used the app. Customer service has been circling the drain for years. We only use the pharmacy when it's our children's medication, since it's a bit more important that they are getting what they need as soon as possible.
Your money order system has been down since DECEMBER. After multiple complaints I made, I was forced to call corporate. I was assured it would be resolved but I went in today to get one...ITS STILL DOWN. I will no longer be using CVS as my go to. I'm not mad, I'm just SUPER DISAPPOINTED.
Today was terrible I had to wait an hour in the store! There was no one else there! That's crap I had no choice but wait it was 5:45 in the morning when I got here it's now 6:35 if I wanted to be late for work I would have gone to somewhere else
