I was ignored when I got to the register. After saying Hello, is anyone going to help me. I was told, this is not McDonald’s, we will help when we are ready, but female employee came. The male employee was rude and wouldn’t listen to me when I asked why my prescription was canceled, that I requested to be delivered to my home. Very clean and nice service
Everyone there knows my name and treat me like they are my own family! Always provides useful information when needed. I would recommend this CVS to anyone!
Doctor accidentally sent the wrong prescription. It was a new prescription, they did not go over its use or mention that it requires a nebulizer which would have alerted me that it was the wrong thing. They refused to give a refund. Then, they instructed me to take it to some other CVS somewhere to dispose of it. So not only did they make me pay for their and the docto's mistake, they also expected me to go out of my way to clean up the mess they made.
