This location is awful! Extremely RUDE employees with BAD ATTITUDES. Worth the drive to go to the Murphy location. Those employees at the Murphy store are 1000% more competent and friendly. Will NEVER go to this location. 3 out of 3 times a horrible experience

CVS offers good customer care . I like their 24/7 services, I get my prescription any time, any day I want to . The working staff in WYLIE CVS offers the best customer care. I love WYLIE CVS.

This location is beyond ridiculous. They are slow, have no idea what they are talking about, dont give a crap one or the other about the customer, and the rudeness of the people at the pharmacy counter, including the pharmacist..... ive never experienced anything like it. A superior attitude is all i know to call it. So its official.... walgreens has my business, as well as my huge familys. Get a clue CVS.

The only saving grace to this pharmacy is it has a drive through and I don't have to get my kids out of the car just to pick up a medication. There needs to be strict rules about the drive through, if someone is going to make several people wait in line for over 15 minutes that person should be asked to come inside. The drive through is for quick CONVIENENT service. Once it was my turn the lady at the window was rude and chuckled at my surprise of the cost of a generic medication.

Is there some kind of shortage of pharmacy techs? Because it seems like CVS is ALWAYS understaffed and overwhelmed. As I type this at 11:39AM on a weekday, I've been on hold now for over 13 minutes trying to speak with someone in the pharmacy. 13 minutes!! That's ridiculous!! This would be absurd during peak times! Every single time I call to speak to a pharmacist, I'm on hold. Every time I go to pick up my prescriptions, I wait. CVS WYLIE the guy preparing the medicine and taking care of the customers is just WONDERFUL, so nice so caring. I hope every single place where people needs to work with people had the same quality, my experience was wonderful because of him, I did not catch his name but I will find out

I've never had so much trouble with a pharmacy in my life. The waiting, not having things ready when promised, wrong prescription filled, incorrect information given, and waiting on hold for 30 minutes when trying to call. I may have to switch to my old pharmacy and pay out of pocket. The customer service here is beyond terrible.

Today was my FIRST and LAST time ever using CVS! I have never in my life experienced so much trouble getting prescriptions filled in my life! The pharmacy staff was very rude and unprofessional! I'll just stick to Walgreens!!!!!
