I call the pharmacy # and it does not allow me to place a prescription on the phone, it rings like 4 rings then it cuts off. So I have go threw the target store number to get to the pharmacy
My appointment was cancelled the afternoon of and I was not called about it. Previously, I had received an email (no call) that one of my two scheduled vaccines was no longer available. I have worked in retail pharmacy before, and understand how unforeseen challenges come up (I am not thrilled with the way CVS treats its staff or adequately staffs its pharmacies- it’s a broader issue). Always a great experience! They are usually busy but the staff tried their best to accommodate everyone. Changes in staff frequently which can be challenging. But they are always friendly and quick with service.
Great location
New pharmacy manager- Subah Rangarajan. She has a very condescending attitude towards both employees and customers. I feel bad for any techs that have to deal with her hostile behaivior. Additionally was late in delivering medication at promised time.
