Literally the worst and slowest customer service ever. Every time my children or I get an Rx I have to fight them to take my insurance which they’ve taken for YEARS before now. Currently been on hold for 45 minutes trying to figure out why my insurance isn’t going through AGAIN. 😂😂😂 what a freakin joke. I’ll be finding a new pharmacy to take my insurance.

Worst customer service and wait. I've never seen a pharmacy so slow. I try to go to the drive up because I have small children and its hard to bring them inside. You would assume all the prescriptions would be filled and all they'd need is to get their order, sign the paperwork and pay. Some how that takes 20 minutes???? It specifically states on the sign outside "No prescriptions will be filled in the drive up". So I'm not sure what was taking so long.
Worst pharmacy, the wait if you go inside is to long, like 30 min, and drive thru is just as bad, all Chrysler and I think duke energy make their people get it at CVS, they are under staffed for that amount of people, I dread coming to the one on sycamore st, people are not always friendly, and prescriptions are not filled on time, so my advice is go to another one
Thank you for being open cuz my crap hole town can't have a pharmacist work past 5 , you'll being see lots more logansport people I'm sure
Very poor customer service. Very poor. I waited more than 10 minutes in line yesterday to drop off a prescription and on that 10 minutes not one employee acknowledged me. I've had the wrong medicine given to me I had to pick up prescriptions they said were ready and when I get there I'm told I need to come back because they weren't ready. Unfortunately my insurance only works at cvs so I'm forced to go there. I would prefer to go to Walgreens where they actually treat their customers like humans.
