Dear god, this place is an unmitigated disaster. If it's not the tech with the scraggly beard who moves like he's racing a glacier, it's them losing paper-transfer prescriptions. The left hand definitely doesn't know what the right hand is doing -- or that it even exists. Seriously, I've never had a more miserable experience with a pharmacy in my life, and I used to go to the Walgreen's on Chicago Avenue in Minneapolis. Avoid this place like your life depends on it; it could.
Called the number on the website to refill a prescription(mind you I forgot the name of said prescription so I needed assistance with that), and I can’t even get ahold of a real human being. Just some stupid automated BS. There isn’t even a way to contact their desk from what I understand. Mind you I’m a younger man who has been around technology most their life now, and I still have trouble with this crap. Absolute horrible system.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. The clinic sent a prescription in my child’s name. This pharmacy screwed up and put it in my other child’s name. They blamed the clinic. The clinic verified that it was sent in the child’s name and that the pharmacy must have screees it up. The other child had never been seen at this clinic so they didn’t even have his information on file. The pharmacy team led by Maria are outstanding in customer service at the Target/CVS Okeechobee location
I have an issue with this pharmacy and when I called them, I was not allowed to talk to anyone. I had to leave a message, and I was told that they would call me back. they never called me back. I do not recommend this pharmacy.
