I've been using this pharmacy for a little over a year for multiple prescriptions and I've never had a problem. Recently, I had a prescription delayed by insurance due to a billing technicality and this CVS called them and had it taken care of and filled within 24 hours. I was astonished. Really long lines every time.
This pharmacy has taken a turn for the worse recently. Firstly, I went to the pharmacy outside of hours and the staff at the front desk was very rude and snapped that they don’t open until 9 even though their website says they open at 8. Understandable. So I go back, and wait in the drive through line during hours for at least 10 minutes while there are 3 staff wandering around inside the pharmacy ignoring us.
