Poor and non responsive pharmacy staffing. Consistently long lines. Why can’t CVS properly staff their pharmacies?
This entire pharmacy team is fantastic. I recently switched from a different pharmacy and have been so impressed with the service, proactivity, and efficiency here. They respond to any inquiries I send on the CVS app right away, help me find the best option if something is out of stock, and manage their lines of customers efficiently so you never have to wait around too long. Dear god, this place is an unmitigated disaster. If it's not the tech with the scraggly beard who moves like he's racing a glacier, it's them losing paper-transfer prescriptions. The left hand definitely doesn't know what the right hand is doing -- or that it even exists. Seriously, I've never had a more miserable experience with a pharmacy in my life, and I used to go to the Walgreen's on Chicago Avenue in Minneapolis. Avoid this place like your life depends on it; it could.
Called the number on the website to refill a prescription(mind you I forgot the name of said prescription so I needed assistance with that), and I can’t even get ahold of a real human being. Just some stupid automated BS. There isn’t even a way to contact their desk from what I understand. Mind you I’m a younger man who has been around technology most their life now, and I still have trouble with this crap. Absolute horrible system.
