TERRIBLE service. Have attempted to get my prescription twice and waited in line for 20 minutes before leaving since the pharmacist had only helped one person in that time. Will no longer use CVS
Pharmacy staff is great but CVS corporate greed is now hitting really close bottom as a pharmacy company. They now require you to check in at a computer kiosk (at target locations anyway) , enter your first and last name, touch the prescription on the screen you wish to pick up and WAIT RIGHT AT the computer screen til someone comes for you. Not only to some people not want to be entering personal information with others directly around who can see, but they want to directly deal with a person not putting their info out ther... read more
