This pharmacy has taken a turn for the worse recently. Firstly, I went to the pharmacy outside of hours and the staff at the front desk was very rude and snapped that they don’t open until 9 even though their website says they open at 8. Understandable. So I go back, and wait in the drive through line during hours for at least 10 minutes while there are 3 staff wandering around inside the pharmacy ignoring us. This pharmacy has the worst customer service, and no one there ever answers the phone.
Every time to come here, there is a long queue with minimal staff, mostly one person only. Take lot of time to pick up medicine
Get your prescriptions elsewhere. It should not take 20 minutes or more to pick up prescriptions already ready. Lines are long since they closed several stores in the area.
