After telling the clerk over and over that ALL Rx's should be 90 days because my insurance prefers it this way, and is cheaper on me, I found one Rx to only be a 30 day supply. THEN, I noticed that another Rx looked short. It was written for 60 pills which is a 30 day supply, but I make it last 60. Upon counting, there were 35 tablets. This will cost me another trip to the doctor. I used to love this place cuz they refilled automatically and were quick but lately there's been too many mistakes and issues. The latest issues could cost my mother her life! There now seems to be a problem with every prescription we get filled there whether it's hers or mine or whoever's, and its getting old. This is someone's life at stake! WAKE UP!
How sad is it that we wait longer for prescriptions to be filled then we did in the ER having CT scans and all!!! #stillwaiting #CVSfails
This pharmacy sucks the workers are rude and I waited 5 hours on my meds because they keep telling me 15-20 minutes they are not professional at all and this is not a first time complaint its been like this for awhile
I know I can always depend on them to get job right, each and every time.
