No matter what time of day I call I am left on hold for ever. I have been on hold now for 25 minutes listening to the recording that says “ someone will help you momentarily “. Exactly when is momentarily going to come. Horrible customer service.
It’s kind of ridiculous when you wait longer for your prescriptions than you do at the doctors office.. I waited over two hours for prescriptions while my two year old threw up all over the back seat of my car with a high fever.. I’ll NEVER use this pharmacy again. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service.
this is the rudest inconsiderate Pharmacy I have ever been to. they dont recognize you when you get to the counter and say we will be with you in a minute they dont say anything and take a long time to wait on you. my wife had to move all her medicine there to get a pain pill filled because her doctor moved to ar. side and wouldnt write prescriptions for texas. Your associates just helped save me a ton of money by directing me to google the drug prescribed on my phone in search of coupons and I found my RX drug for only $5 instead of $220.00 Thank you !!!!!
