I just finished my shingles vaccine. The staff is extremely pleasant and professional.
I've been using this place for years and haven't had very many problems, but their new automated phone system is absolute garbage. I cannot refill certain prescriptions because it will not let me manually enter RX numbers. It will not even let me speak to a pharmacist no matter how I phrase it. I am not joking when I say I will switch to another pharmacy if this isn't changed FAST. I'm not going to go into the damn store just to speak to a human every time I need to refill a prescription that isn't on the limited list it giv... read more
