You guys... I’ve been on hold for FOURTEEN MINUTES so far. Is no one working in the pharmacy?? I have a very simple yes or no question and cannot get anyone to pick up. I’ve always always always hated this pharmacy and if I wasn’t forced to use it due to my insurance I sure as heck wouldn’t. Absolute worst pharmacy in BG is CVS on the bypass.
Been waiting 5 days for prescription to come in and still isnt there yet. They have WAY MORE THAN THEY CAN HANDLE. They give false hope and unmeetable goals. This is not the first time. It took them this long lsst time with my tumor medicine. Keep saying tomorrow....... If it wasnt for our company going through them it would be Kroger handsdown. Very professional and speedy there.
