The staff are super nice but getting them to fill a 90 day prescription is difficult and I have to ask them every time to fill 90 days when it is available because they just continously fill at 30 days even though my account is marked for 90 day fill. I also can't get through their phone tree to speak to someone when I have questions because most of the functions don't work. I also called CVS customer service to see if they have a direct number and it was useless.
I don't know how this pharmacy operates and I've never interacted with them, but Google says it has a medication disposal kiosk. It does not. So if that is what you're looking for, don't waste your time here.
It is literally impossible to reach this pharmacy via phone. An unskippable and unhelpful robot voice will take your call and ignore every request to speak to a human. Its basic functions dont even work. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
The staff is nice but so slow. There's ALWAYS a long line here. Already been here 15 minutes and still third customer back.
