It is a shame that people only feel the need to comment when something bad occurs. I have used this pharmacy for 5 years and they generally bend over backwards to assist customers. Yes, a few are not smiling all the time, but have you noticed how busy these people are? It is rare that they are not madly trying to keep up with a large demand. Have been a CVS shopper for decades so today was just a shake my head moment. I wound up leaving and left my items on the counter. I asked the cashier to call someone to come and help and he didn’t. After waiting for 15 min for him to ring up the customer in front of me I went to the pharmacy dept only to come a cross someone was returning items. I finally left in frustration and went to Target! This was not acceptable and there were 5 people behind me in line. I think he finally called someone as I left..
Most unfriendly people working at the pharmacy. Went in for a flu shot and half of it ran down my arm
