Never have what you need. And the phone system sucks
Pharmacy staff always make me stand and wait to be acknowledged for at least 3-5 minutes. With NO one ahead or behind me. Not a peep. Not a 'hello, be right with you.' Then when they do acknowledge you, they act as if you are truly interrupting and bothering them. I know customer service is a rarity nowadays, but I hope someone at CVS reads this and makes this post matter. Really, really flattened my day.
The staff is always friendly. I have a good time Quick service. Very helpful.
