I stopped by yesterday and used the self checkout. When checking out you have to press pay to get the sale total and I didn't know that so I panicked and interrupted the cashier trying to help me. I came off as rude. She was SO KIND and patient! I wish I got her name! Please track her down and make sure she is appreciated!

"Pharmacy staff always make me stand and wait to be acknowledged for at least 3-5 minutes. With NO one ahead or behind me. Not a peep. Not a 'hello, be right with you.' Then when they do acknowledge you, they act as if you are truly interrupting and bothering them. I know customer service is a rarity nowadays, but I hope someone at CVS reads this and makes this post matter. Really, really flattened my day." I usually go to the CVS to use the ATM because it’s free with my account I have. The last two times I’ve been though ATM not working kind of stinks cause I had to walk there so I wasn’t very happy about that but what can you do? I’ll probably be that because it’s the closest place. I can get money out without the charge. I will say this though. Customer service is pretty nice.
