Woman in Pharmacy hung up on me instead of assisting. When I called back, the pharmacy was conveniently closed and no one would even answer the store manager extension. I'll be contacting the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to make them aware of how this location treats disabled patients reliant on their medications to live.
My prescriptions were transferred from a smaller store. They took great care of me and went out of their way to assist. The staff who answer the phone at this store sound like they were very busy, and seem a bit bothered by the fact that they had to answer the phone. I asked if they would be able to follow up on one of my prescriptions to see about a refill. The staff member advised it would be a lot faster if I called, but she said she would do it. slow/ busy..prescription always wrong
One star way to much for them. Pharmacy is a business prevention department. Wouldn't even give me a price on switching my scripts over. I will be staying at Hy Vee.
Every time I go there always busy..and my order always wrong..I had to go back to get the right pills..over and over ..
Male pharmacists always have to make a remark, and the last one could not even spell my name. They are nice but if i buy alcohol with my birth control i really, really do not need the remark "Ready for the Holiday weekend!" Wow man, that isn't even why i take birth control but okay, cool. I'm used to men making stupid comments.
Wish I could give 0 stars! This is the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with, only reason i go here is because prescriptions are cheaper here through my jobs insurance. Seriously just about to pay the extra money and use walgreens. Every single time i go there they are rude and make me wait forever while they chat and bullshit around.
