Pharmacist Becky saved my sanity today. She fixed a problem with my refill from CVS Caremark, took over the prescription from them, and had it ready within 20 minutes. She went above and beyond today. Thank you so much Becky! Great job!
Horrible service. Had to go back twice to try to get my prescription. Waited in line two times in one day for 30 mins each.
Just waited 2 hrs and 10 min for a RX i called one hr ahead of arrival. The RX was for a time sensitive issue. I was very upset and was not alone about 20 other people were waiting. Included was a women with a torn tendent who needed meds for work the next day after wait 1.5 hrs she left to take care of her kids. Also a 2 year old with a fever the mother waited 2 hrs, then another 15 since they forgot one RX. This was horrific!!!
Poor customer service, they leave long waits while they just chat with each other. Ignore u when ur standing there waiting for some at register for kind of acknowledgment that u r there at all Just a horrible store. Changing all my prescriptions to someplace else
