Every time I have come to this pharmacy for the past year there’s always an issue. I’ve had the same insurance and same prescription for 5+ years and there’s always a problem with them filling the prescription or not having my insurance information. Several times I’ve been told my prescription would be ready in 15 minutes and it’s taken hours to be ready.

Wish I could give this place a thumbs down. Not a trip goes by where I do not encounter an issue (my prescription NEVER being filled when it is supposed to be) or an attitude from the employees. I get better customer service at McDonald’s. I hate this place. Guys, go to Carl’s!

Was texted that my blood pressure medication was being filled for a 3 month supply . Was texted time for pick up . When went to pick up medication was told it wouldn’t be available for a month . Staff stated I was texted regarding this . I was not . Regardless I tried to explain the system is broken . This is one of several times I’ve had trouble with medication such as this . This place is a joke. My doctor called in a prescription a week and half ago and they sill don’t have it filled.Two trips in and nothing. In line four other people had expressed the same issues that I was having with this store.

called our refill in and was told it would be ready at 10am. we showed up 3 hours later and still waited an hour for it to be ready. the store was dirty and had trash on the floor. the 2 people working the pharmacy yelled fought and complained about how busy they were the whole hour we were waiting. horrible place!

Worst pharmacy ever took me 3 and a half hours to get my meds and then my kids who were sent over before me wasn’t even ready. All they kept telling me was 30 mins more then 60 mins more!!

Two scripts phoned at 4 to CVS. At 5:20 phoned to check if ready for pickup. CVS shared they did not receive request for script. I explained two people heard physician staff call to CVS. She then replied “Oh, we have it”. I ask if I could p/u. She said in one hour FYI: it is for eye drops in a ready to dispense container. Script#2: CVS explained they can’t have for 1 week. FYI: these scripts are for a final stage hospice patient. I ask why they didn’t call us or the physician to make them aware. They had no answer. Very poor... read more

This pharmacy is the absolute WORST I have ever dealt with....customer service sucks....very rude, immature and arrogant...won’t deal with them again.... who ever is manager or over see’s this cvs.... either can’t keep help, has no authority over his/her people....or just basically can’t go there job.....very sad!

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE. The staff are rude and unprofessional. Our insurance had to call and speak to them in regards to an issue, and even the insurance representative commented to me how rude they were. When I went to pick up the prescription, the tech acted as if I were bothering her by being there, and rolled her eyes when telling me the insurance issue still had not been fixed even though I had confirmation from the insurance company. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
