This place is a parking nightmare and usually short staffed in the pharmacy,yesterday it was packed like a rock concert but they finally had for the first time I've seen three service lanes open,usually it's one maybe two...it still took quite awhile !!
I'm in the pharmacy business and the service was beyond awful. The pharmacist wasn't very professional and was extremely rude to my provider that had to call in my script for a second time. I understand that there a periods off being overwhelmed but one has a job to do and should maintain professionalism at all time.
CVS is very professional without waiting for an appointment to see your doctor. Each person I have seen has been nice and understanding of how ill you feel. I highly recommend CVS. Yesterday I saw Rose, she was awesome. In the past each person has also been great.
Hate this shit need it off my phone,now I got a tracker on me tf.I already know where am at don't need my phone to remind me.
why don't they call your name when your meds are filled? I can't tell you how many times I sat and waited for well over an hour while my medications were sitting behind the counter . I always let them know I will be in the store waiting because I live out of town. They tell me how long it wil take and I go and sit in a chair and wait and wait and wait. I then get frustrated go up to the cashier and my meds have been sitting for god knows how long??? This is my only problem. I don't mind the wait. I can always read a magazine... read more
I love this CVS on west main because they realize how important it is when people need their prescriptions.. To be extremely honest I went to Walgreen just because I was close by and they told me over 3 hours and it was a pain med. I went to CVS and it took 5 minutes... The service is just better plain and simple.. prices are a little higher however, I prefer the 5 minutes over 3 hours after just having surgery!!! Thank you CVS...
