Wait tome is over 45 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to a pharmacist!!! Not to mention you wait HOURS for a script to be notified. You have to actually call to make sure they are actually filing the script. West Main IS THE WORST!!!!!

Saw an employee empty the trash can outside. He left garbage all over the ground around the garbage can. Didn't even have gloves on. Parking lot always a mess with trash.
I don’t know what happened to this pharmacy for the last year they have text me to pick up my prescriptions and when I go pick them up they claim that nothing is in the system. But today I went to pick up my Synthroid prescription and my new medical card which they had stood with because it was a new medical card and they needed to update the system.
