Jenn was very unprofessional with her behavior at the drive thru window ! I have many over six prescriptions that I get filled there ! I am always very polite and very patient when I go there to get any of my prescriptions! She was very rude and highly unprofessional at the window!
I've had several photo orders shipped here over $100 worth. The cashier tried to charge me for an $80 order even though I already paid online. They basically called me a liar. When I came to pick up another order she was so rude I almost couldn't keep my composure. Will never be shopping here again and will consider taking my photo business to another company completely.
Cvs wilson blvd Hagerstown md. All of the staff act like you are just ruining their day if they have to come and take your money! They all give you the "bored teenager" face! I've been doing business there for 8 years, but I think I will be switching pharmacies.
This CVS is horrible. Staff and pharmacists are rude and incompetent. Everyone knows it. Even the receptionists and nurses chuckle and roll their eyes when I tell them what pharmacy I want my prescriptions sent to. I only go there because it's so close and my insurance is CVS Caremark. Never again. I'll drive an hour away just to avoid this place. What a shame.
