Absolute worst pharmacy when it comes to picking up prescriptions. Doesn't matter if I renew a prescription online for pickup or have a doctor call it in the prescriptions are never ready when they're suppose to be. The last time my 1 year old son had to make a late appt with his doctor because he wasn't feeling better and they needed to switch the prescription. When I brought my kids in to look at the toy aisle while we were waiting for our prescriptions to be filled, the assistant manager, Kathy B., came up to us and told us to use our "inside voices" and that our kind of behavior was more suitable for Wal-Mart. This is a horrible representation of CVS.

Not happy tonight about overpaying for a prescription. I need my pharmacy to have my back but today they did not
The 16th ave pharmacy was able to go abova and beyond to fill a script for my sick baby when the 42nd St pharmacy was closed because they had lost power! Thank you, my baby will get better sooner because they helped me!
