Some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.The desk clerk rudely stated "sir, we know how to submit billing to medicare" when I tried to ask a question.After receiving my tetanus shot I tried asking the pharmacist as to how billing would proceed and she said "medicare will refuse to pay" and then turned her back on me and walked away.That was 20 days ago and medicare has yet to have any record of my shot to start paperwork to Blue Shield.
