The employees are great but they need to get rid of the MBA who decided it was a good idea to use sign-in computers. They are time-consuming, frustrating and cause the process to slow down. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Bad call, CVS, for both the employees and, more imortantly, the Customers!
Always helpful team members. Rarely have to wait for service. Team members have always been friendly. I love my local CVS. I have been to others in more urban areas and have not had the same personal touch as my local provides. I appreciate my local CVS
The people there are marvelous and give you great service. At 82, I love the drive up window
It is now impossible to reach a live person in a CVS pharmacy. This is totally unworkable and completely dismissive of customer service and the needs of their customers. Why would anyone want to use a pharmacy without the possibility of talking to someone about an important issue that needs an immediate response. I am transferring all my prescriptions from the CVS I have used for 5-1/2 years in Newtown, PA.
