Said prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited one hour 20 minutes. Clerk was nice just not enough staff there I guess
Your staff is terrible; zero concern for the patient. Unwilling to call the doctor to help fix a prescription. Eye rolling..... that’s not ok! Watching a staff member confront another coworker in the middle of business and loud enough for all customers to hear. I could go on for days and that was only my two day experience with the CVS on Horizon and Horizon in Henderson Nevada
For all you senior citizens who are vacationing in Vegas,this pharmacy will not fill your script. Make sure you have script on the correct paper. What ever that means??? I am from Philadelphia baby sitting my grandchildren. I brought my script from Philadelphia and I have been taking this medicine for years, they will not fill it. I might go threw with drawls and end up in the hospital here. I have called my Silver Script ins and they said no problem, but they still won’t fill the script. Most of time the pharmacy is spot on , however the store itself and 2 trips still not able to get the deodorant we want .Dry Idea gel for men.
