The Best service I ever received on Bob Bullock.
If I could give an award for the worst display of inhuman decency I would give it to the gentleman that answer the phone. He was condescending when asking for help on my medication and the only thing he could do was say that I will get a text when my medication arrives. A medication they have received since 4/3. No one can give me any information and help find where I could get my monthly prescriptions. Best he could do was to put me on hold and then hang up. The level of service is unacceptable from healthcare provider.
The staff and pharmacist are always friendly, funny and helpful.
