After 11 days and 4 trips to pharmacy and numerous calls to get my prescription filled I finally gave up. Twice they misread the script, once they lost it, they are understaffed, overworked and the good employees quit. The current manager has been there less than a week I was told😩. I am now taking my business to a different pharmacy in Henderson but it will not be CVS🤬🤬
With the amount of customers you think they would have more than one person working the front and the drive thru. This is ridiculous.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a pharmacy in my life. My daughter had a serious infection and I made it to the store 10 minutes prior to closing and I was second in the line at the drive up window. When I got to the window they made me go inside. Then they refused to call my insurance or the doctor as the prescription was totaling $242. I asked if they could call and they absolutely refused. I had been sick all week and knew I couldn't get in to my regular doctor just before a holiday weekend. So, my health insurance suggested the CVS Minute Clinic. The advance appointment from my smart phone ensured zero wait time. Shirley, the physician assistant/nurse practitioner was patient, thorough, and caring.
