I am totally DISGUSTED with CVS!! It’s not a secret I had to go to a rehab center last week cause my bi polar medicine stopped working. Saw my regular psychiatrist yesterday. He feels my mood stabilizer was what quit working so we changed it. Dropped it off to cvs, called about it , and called it was in progress. Then my husband stopped after work to get it. 😡😡😡 If I could this rate I would definitely have to give a zero because on more than one occasion they claim that the doctor’s nurse didn’t give them all the correct information when they called in my medication and it takes them DAYS to have it be filled!!! I’m a type 2 diabetic and I shouldn’t have to wait DAYS FOR A SIMPLE BLOOD GLUCOSE MONITOR AND TEST STRIPS TO BE FILLED!!! I rather go to Walgreens for my medicine to be filled within a hour!!! Personal service. Even when they are very very busy.
Military families are on Tricare health benefits and CVS is no longer accepting Tricare. For all they do for our country, they do not deserve to be rejected when it comes to getting their prescriptions! We were rejected today. A $10 prescription should be better than a lost customer.
