In person is a good service but their AI call bot and message bot aren’t able to even connect you to a human. You get stuck leaving a voicemail as your best option to talk to a human which is absolutely ridiculous.
Was a very nice experience dealing with good customer service people
I went to pick up prescriptions for a post op patient. There was an issue with one and the pharmacist simply chose not to fill it. Her excuse was she left a message for the physician. She did not care about the patient and clearly was worried about meeting a quota. She is not fulfilling her oath as a pharmacist for patient care. This is not just deplorable service but a complete lack of caring and diligence. I will be filing a complaint with the Board of Pharmacy
