CVS within Target at 15150 Cedar Avenue in Apple Valley, MN does a Marvelous Job in providing prescriptions, advice, vaccines and help. Their staff is friendly and helpful. All good.
This pharmacy makes mistakes. Picked up a 90-day rx. Only 50 pills in the bottle. They aren't helpful managing errors but blame everything on the CVS app and the delivery company. "We have nothing to do with the app or deliveries" doesn't do squat for a customer who needs their pills. Good luck getting them on the phone.
If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off a script and was told my insurance denied my script as it wasn’t a covered medication. They told me to call my doctor to see if there another medication they could prescribe. After speaking with my insurance I found out the script was totally covered and that CVS had run it and then reversed it. So I had my doctor send it to another pharmacy. Now that pharmacy can’t fill it cuz CVS filled it. So they lied that it wasn’t covered to charge me more and then filled it and I can’t... read more
