They never answer their phone I been calling for the past two days!! I just wait on hold it’s ridiculous
RecommendedI have been with CVS for a very long time. They were very busy today, but they were very nice and worked very hard to get everyone taken care of. Michelle Fisette opened another station and started helping everyone. She did an awesome job. Even the people who waited with me talked about how nice the staff is at CVS pharmacy.
Don’t ever use the pharmacy, 9 times out of 10 there is a problem and I had several friends in the area and even out of state say the same thing about CVS pharmacy
Service challenged store. Pharmacy seems under staffed. One tech and one pharmacist not enough. I understand CVS has a Saturday afternoon process to cull prescriptions that have not been picked up but maybe that should wait when there are people waiting for prescriptions. I used to work for CVS and it’s sad when they don’t staff adequately.
Get the run around about them not filling a RX. First they didn't know if I wanted it filled ??? Duh,? I brought it to them to be filled. Then it wasn't on truck. Then the factory was running behind and it take a month to fill it. Then I should call my doctor and change it to something different. Then when I tried calling the pharmacy about it's status I was placed on hold for 20 plus minutes...twice. It is God awful place, and should be avoided.
I have bronchitis. Got to this pharmacy, the scrips were not here. Asked the pharmacist if he would call the Medpoint and was told he was too busy. I have never dealt with such a rude pharmacy staff EVER. so not impressed.
I had to get perscriptions transferred to CVS due to new insurance only having a contract with CVS. Was on hold without ever getting any person to pick up the phone for over an hour after realizing that the person I spoke with yesterday never called the previous pharmacy to transfer the prescriptions. I am definitely looking into mail order prescriptions after this. DO NOT go here for prescriptions!!
