A real lack of empathy exists with pharmacists here. I realize everyone is stressed and overworked but the pharmacist I had to work with, Mai, made no effort to resolve my prescription issue. Had I not been insistent and come in with the proof on my phone, she was eager to let me go without any help. The staff at the pharmacy used to be so great. I could call in a prescription on the phone and someone would answer within 2 minutes! Now this pharmacy has failed! They have given me two prescriptions that were discontinued by my doctor, never have my prescriptions ready when they say they are, and two days ago when I tried calling one that THEY had forced me to run out of, no one answered the phone.
