Customer service could not be worse. Everything is centered around their automated systems and not willing to pick up the phone and let you know when they don't have the drug prescribed. I wasted a great deal of time going to 27th and Old Cheney to find out the problem. I went to 56th and Hwy 2 45 minutes later and they didn't have the script ready. The bad experience continued but you get the point. Keep it up folks and you will be replaced by computers.
Love the staff! They always have my prescriptions ready on time.
