Why is it so difficult to track a delivery? CVS was quick to charge my credit card for the Rx. I got conformation of the order being received and that it had been shipped. But not delivered. I went to the store, they gave me a number to call saying they have no information once they ship. Now I'm on hold with the # the store told me to call. i called numerous of time yesterday to check the price of medication and i was put on hold everytime. i waited on the phone 20 to 25 minutes and no one never did come the phone. CvR needs to do better. I'm disability and sitting in a hot car doesn't make me feel good at . Waiting in the drive thur for over 20 minutes just to pick up my medicine. its a shame😥😥😥
can't get scripts right, giving wrong scripts, long lines, sending scripts to out of town sister pharmacies....clearly mass clerical errors, chaotic and unorganized.
PLEASE re-paint the parking space lines!! You literally can't tell if you are in one space or taking 2 spaces.

I have called 4 times in the last hour. I stayed on hold for 20 minutes, 12 minutes , 7 minutes and 8 minutes each time and then they hung up the phone without even saying hello.
If i could give this no stars i would. I was in the store for an hour trying to drop off my prescriptions. They were not busy only 3 people including me, but the pharmacist was purposely moving slow and not acknowledging customers. He was very rude to everyone. I finally dropped my prescriptions off and he told me it’d be another 30-45 mins. I came back an hour and a half later, they still weren’t ready.
