The new AI phone system is terrible. You can't get through to a real person to explain what you want. I simply wanted to say I couldn't pick up my automatically renewed prescription for 2 weeks and to stop texting me every day about how long the prescription would be held. I tried sending a response to the text when couldn't get phone call through, again no response. There was nothing wrong with the old phone system! I have talked to others with the same problem, they are leaving CVS.
Just got of the phone with Carly! She was SO incredibly nice and helpful! She helped me get sorted with an out of state prescription and was so positive about getting it taken care of! Appreciate her and CVS for always being there for our family's needs!!!
The building is connected to a parking garage, but they do not validate parking great
Always a pleasant experience
Rude staff. I was shopping at this location and my 4years old needed to use the washroom they refused to let her use the restroom. I had to leave my shopping basket half way to go outside to look for a washroom.
