This is actually a really good CVS, and I haven’t lived in an area in the United States that’s had a good one in a long time! Also, the pharmacist Phuong is wonderful. She’s very caring and thorough.

The new AI phone system is terrible. You can't get through to a real person to explain what you want. I simply wanted to say I couldn't pick up my automatically renewed prescription for 2 weeks and to stop texting me every day about how long the prescription would be held. I tried sending a response to the text when couldn't get phone call through, again no response. There was nothing wrong with the old phone system! I have talked to others with the same problem, they are leaving CVS.
Just got of the phone with Carly! She was SO incredibly nice and helpful! She helped me get sorted with an out of state prescription and was so positive about getting it taken care of! Appreciate her and CVS for always being there for our family's needs!!!
