I really recommend this CVS pharmacy to all my friends and family. Best customer service that I ever had.
Anahita helped me with a Roadie order, and ignored me for minutes while she was on the phone. When she finally addressed me, she verbally criticized me for my lack of patience and threatened to send me to the back of the line. While I am sorry if I lacked patience, the idea that she could brake the rules and contract with our company was incredibly unprofessional and unappreciated.
Customer service at this location is basically gone, especially over the last 4 to 5 months. Staff are rude and inconsiderate. I have switched pharmacies now because of this.
Service is terrible . They have problems with the prescription but didn’t call doctor to verify. I called to the pharmacy but no one answered.
