I only use this cvs when the others are closed. It is always so slow and staff are too stressed to provide quality customer service.

I was in and out of there in an hour or less… The doctor/nurse that saw me was extremely nice and thorough.

So CVS is going to make me throw another temper tantrum tonight. The CVS pharmacy at Pleasant Ridge and Little Road is a disgrace. I waited in the drive thru line for 26 minutes while the lady in front of me dropped off and waited for her prescription. It clearly says on both the window and the little drawer that you CAN NOT wait for your prescription or change your insurance in the drive thru. EVERYONE knows this. She did both of these things. WORST PHARMACY EVER! Horrible customer service! You'll wait and wait and wait, they don't answer the pharmacy calls and everyone just keeps doing what they're doing without looking up for fear of making eye contact and actually having to help someone!!

Worst cvs ever..ugghh drop script off she said an hr. Came back waited in line w a single car at the window and waited 23 mins. Finally we drove to the second window and asked if it was ready she said not 20 more mins..why are they letting cars just sit in there drive thru space when they have other people needing help..and the car was just sitting there nothing was happening..went back around 20 mins later still there w three cars behind it....does this joint have a manager???

1 star is too much for this place. Worst customer service. Honestly the worst CVS in the history of this company. They have one speed at this pharmacy even as the line continues to build. If you are not picking up Xanax during your trip, you're going to wish you had a prescription for it!!! Don't use this place if you don't have 30 minutes to kill on a simple pickup.
