Horrible pharmacy. they don't fill prescriptions when the doctor sends them. they don't consistently communicate with about your prescriptions. they will tell you that your prescriptions will be ready in an hour and when you get there they will tell you they haven't even started on it. the window has been broken for more than 2 years. I am now sitting her with a newborn in the car waiting for a script they said would be ready 30 minutes ago (8:00) but it should have been filled at 10:00am. Just horrible!

They stopped answering the pharmacy phone! I’m sick of it!!’ Going to move all our scripts to Walgreens

very slow! never nobody there to help. drive thu is terrible. you will sit n line up to 45min.

Not a good visit. Got there before script ready so had to wait, understandable. Employee said 10min and after 10 another employee said my insurance wasn’t on file. Don’t know why, this is my regular pharmacy. That employee said 10-15min. 20 min later name called, I asked if I had to stand in line again, she said yes. I told her if you told me it was gonna 30min I would have just come back. She barely took face out of computer screen says “oh really”? Drive through had 2 cars so went over there. This location has gone down hill! Trash overflowing outside and no one cares. Only 1 person at register in back and at drop off. A line 8 deep as I type this review. Items on shelves are not restocked, but you can bet their Valentines items are already out! I guess it is time to use another location or better yet, another company!

This location is complete trash! Everyone who works here acts like they hate their job and they take it out on customers. This place has always been a dump!

After getting 5 text messages that my Rx was ready for pick up just to be told that it was never filled is completely intolerant. They need better customer service and employees need to be understanding when we are told our meds would be ready when in fact they are not and are rude and disrespectful.
