I used their online photo service then received my email notice that my photos were ready. Went to the store, there was nobody at the photo counter after a 5 minute wait. I asked the front cashier if anyone could help me in the photo center and she said no, there won't be anyone until tomorrow? Really? Tomorrow? This is not a way to run a business. Luckily I didn't pay for my photos first. Sadly, they have lost all of my future business and my family's business as well.
Terrible experience this morning at the pharmacy. I was purchasing Allegra-D for my bad allergies and congestion because of the pollen and still getting over bronchitis for the third time in 6 months, the pharmacist was rude and started interrogating me on who was taking the meds and why i needed them, she made me feel like I buying them for ulterior reasons, the pack was a 10 count. I am former law enforcement and a current state employee and was in uniform at the time. I have never been treated this rudely at the pharmacy ... read more
