Don't bother calling. Tried calling twice to speak to someone in the pharmacy about a prescription issue for a mutual patient. Their AI phone system hung up on me the first time and the second time I spent several minutes trying to convince it to let me speak to an actual person in the pharmacy before it just routed me to voicemail
The computer generated operator will not allow anyone to bypass their control to speak to someone. This is just stupid
Consistently, a lack of clear communication. Lunches seem to cause an issue for timing of staff being able to get medications out. Rudeness and lack of accountability are all time highs here.
