RecommendedI know that alot of people fuss about the CVS in Hueytown but let me tell you the new pharmacist Jacob. And his staff Monica and Daphne are doing a great job.
CVS is extremely slow to get a prescription filled in person. Even though you stand there waiting, they’re going to fill 25 phone in’s before they fill yours.
My wife drove all the way from Leeds to Hueytown to pick up a prescription for my 81 year old mother and got there right as the pharmacy tech was closing the gate .They refused to sell her the script my mom needed.Bad thing is my wife called and told them she would be there any minute. Caring people?
EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there to fill meds they make you wait at the window for about 5 mins "while they go check" to see if they have it in stock they always come back and say sorry we don't have it! They use to always have a back stock of antibiotics and pain meds. I always find myself going to Weldon, they have a fast and courteous crew there. They always have the meds too!
Pharmacy technician extremely rude, had to report to corporate.
Worst Pharmacy service ever. They take happiness in screwing up your order. Go to Weldon's!!!!
