CVS Minute clinic has taken 5 and a half hours for my appointment and I have yet to be seen. My original wait was 2 hours. The doctor has been very rude. Will not be back here!!!
Took 6 hours to fill my sons prescription, was told it would only take 1 hour. During those 6 hours was told they lost his prescription at one point and then that they couldn't get the insurance to go through only to find out they were entering the birthdate wrong for my son, even though it was on the prescription correct. Slow, crappy service!
This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I've experienced! Everyone treats you as if you're a bother, talks to you like you're trash and is in NO hurry to help you. After getting the evil eye, while patiently waiting at the register, a pharmacist finally walked over to "help" me. Rude, rude and rude again. Then, I was told my prescription that was being worked on at 9:15 a.m. was still not ready at 8:30 p.m.!? The hold time is also ridiculous too! The cashier at the pharmacy has to be the rudest ever. Slow impatient impersonal just pure grade F Customer service. Incompetence shouldn't be shown like this. Last time here. 1 star is being to gracious.
