I'm tired of waiting forever for scripts. Also, was told 10 more minutes for meds because that's the standard quote right now, so I pull away from drive through. As soon as I parked up front, it's ready. The person at the window didn't even bother to ask how long. Terrible customer service. Only used you tonight because you're 24 hours.

2 hours to get medicine & pain relief for my son, who just got out of oral surgery. Doctors orders were to take the pain relief BEFORE the anesthesia wears off. I told the lady at the window that and her reply was “it’ll be at least 2 hours but we’ll call you if it’s sooner.” Not good enough! This is a kid in pain. Time to switch to Walgreens or a local pharmacist. We’ve always used CVS in the past but no longer. The only reason you’re getting 2 stars is because you’re 24 hours in case we have an emergency.
If there was a zero this store would have earned it for sure.
The pharmacy had my daughter’s prescription at lunch time & it’s now 4:30. I’ve been sitting at the drive through window for 15 minutes because they lost her meds. They only have my business because Walgreens does t take my insurance.
Slowest pharmacy imaginable. Calling, picking up, or dropping off will take longer than you could imagine. Most of the time they can’t even find your prescription after it’s been filled.
Went to the minute clinic. I was there less than 30 minutes. Better than going to the ER.
Erin at the minute clinic was fantastic! I was passing through on the way to Hilton Head for our vacation. She was more thorough than my doctor at home. She followed up with me later in the week too. So grateful we stopped there! Thank you Erin!
