store is great, pharmacy has maybe 2 workers who are decent people everyone else is visibly miserable (pre covid too) many times I've order a prescription, given them days to fill it, go in to pick it up and they "just didn't fill it" no issues just didn't bother
Store is poorly ran, shelves are very slow to be restocked. I live close by in downtown Melbourne and the closest store to me. Sometimes I’m waiting 5+ minutes to find a single employee around the whole store. And the dumpster is lined with trash. It’s absolutely disgusting, we live in a beautiful place I wish they would take better care of it. Especially with the trash all over the parking lot.
I usually use the CVS on Malabar road. I was close to this one and needed toothpaste and went in. When I walked in to the store there was nobody there. No cashier only to self check out areas. I have no problem with self check out except for the fact I couldn’t find something and could not find anybody in the store to help me. Was not real thrilled with it. I’ll keep going to mine on Malabar Road thank you.
