I have been a huge Walgreens shopper for years. Went there to get a thermometer, they were sold out, the girl working said for me to call around to the hospitals because if they have any left over they are giving them away. Great service great customer service and a great Minute Clinic thank you
The customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. Two times, we have gone to get my son’s Rx filled, they say they have it, and then hours later I have to call and check to see if they have it ready. When they finally answer the phone, they tell me they don’t have it. When I ask the nearest CVS, they tell me I need to call.
I have been to a Minute Clinic in Clermont, Florida and now in Bedford, Texas. Both times I have received excellent care and have come home with medications that immediately have started relieving my symptoms.
Bought the medicine on 27 DEC, 2015 and the medicine was expired on 08/2015 ....Really, Talk to manager about the situation nothing help from them even i told about there is lots of same medicine expired on aisle they simply told me there is 1000 of product where you may able to find 1 or 2 expired ..is it a joke ?????
