CVS at 1003 Santa Barbara is way understaffed! I called for 2 days and they never answered the calls. Understaffed, prescriptions on the floor and piled up everywhere! What a mess! We need a drive thru at the Target store!!!!
Can never get them to answer the phone. Seems way under staffed to fill prescriptions or answer the phone.
I've been going to the pharmacy here for about two years. Today I went in to buy some syringes for my weekly Methotrexate injection. The state of Florida DOES NOT require a prescription to purchase syringes. Tyler the pharmacist refused to sell me any syringes citing "store policy". He said if I had my Methotrexate with me then he would allow me to buy syringes. I am not in the habit of taking my prescription meds with me when running errands. Best CVS Store & Employees especially the Pharmacy Staff from the Tech to the Pharmacists themselves!! I changed locations years ago due to another CVS Manager being very unprofessional talking very loudly & disrespectfully about a Physician(unnecessarily & untrue), in front of a CROWD of Customers. Unfortunate because I did build a nice rapport w/the staff(some)... But this CVS IS A JACKPOT!! I don't plan on going anywhere!!! Fantastic Job to u all. ~ Gary & Marnie
