The entire staff at this location are the best! Helpful, friendly, they will always ask if you have any questions or concerns, professional. The service is amazing!
This is now the second time I have dealt with Melissa, she is extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever.
I have a controlled substance that I get a prescription for every month. I have previously filled it here (last 2 months) with no issues. Except for today, the pharmacist refused to fill it. Said the dose was too strong! Excuse me? Are you my Dr! Don’t you love it when non qualified pharmacy tech plays Dr! Whoever you are I was able to get this medication filled at a different cvs pharmacy! The pharmacists Jessica and Melissa are super nice and helpful. Melissa was particularly helpful when I was having an insurance issue and I felt so bad like I was annoying them and she made it clear i wasn’t, going above and beyond to speak to my insurance herself. Jessica is always super friendly and I’ve never ever had issues with this CVS!
