This pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service of any I have ever tried. I just waited over 15 mins on hold for the pharmacy only to have someone pick up the phone and tell me it would be a few minutes on hold. When I said I had already held for 15 minutes she said she was just now hearing the phone ring. ha ha! Seriously? This happens a lot there!
If I could give negative stars for this review, It would get a negative 10 !! The pharmacy is terrible with customer service. If you call them, they will put you on hold for 20-30 minutes if they don't hang up on you first. This store needs major Customer Service training !!!
I will no longer come to the store for pharmacy products I always have to come twice for the same thing.
Bad!! The pharmacy sucks they gave me expired antibiotics!!! For my son!!!
Love the store, but the pharmacy is not good at all. I switched my prescriptions. I do however still shop there.
